Wicked Willy Chopper frames are all custom hand made. They are made of 1-1/2" chrome Molly Tubing. Since everyone likes different type frames, we build our frames on an "order to build". Each frame is hand fitted then placed in our jig for welding.

Standard Options on Soft Tail and Hard Tail Frames at no extra cost.

1. Your choice of any rear tire size

2. Any degree rake

3. Any stretch of the down tubes or back bone

4. Single or double down tubes

5. Regular seat height

6. Evo type motor and tranny mounts (our frames run the motor centered and the tranny offset for the big tires so when the bike is complete it will be balanced good)

7. Your choice of 3/4" or 1" rear axle.

1. Drop seat height

2. Hidden oil tank

3. Welds polished down for powder coating of chroming

4. Hidden clutch cable tube on the single down tubes

5. Mounts for different type motors (everything from sporty to metric)

6. Mounting of tanks and finders

7. Any special metal fabrication or molding

8. Fiberglass seat pan

All frames come with legal Certificate of Origin and serial numbers stamped on the frame where it can be titled. We have a copy of our paperwork on file with the North Carolina Dept. of Motor Vehicles.

This bike took first place in Radical Class in the Easyrider show in Charlotte, NC January '05.

Here is a bike that I built the frame and did all the metal fabrication and almost all assembly that took Best of Show at Easy Rider Bike Show in Savanna, Georgia back in April of 2003.
