After all sheet metal and
seat pan fabbed, it's time to send everything out for paint chroming and
powder coating and seat to be covered.
Thanks to Matt Norris, now
the painted parts are coming back. The painter has finished his work.
Willy sets the motor and
tranny and installs the stater and charging system.
Next, Willy
assembles open belt primary and back wheel to complete the drive
train.
Next Willy mounts the oil bag and the new wide beefy springer front end.
Next Willy makes a set
of short 2 into one"s. He checks the fit before they are coated
black
Now that all the main
parts are made and installed, it is time to do the electrical
system....note the air bags that will support the seat.
Well... this is the finished bike and it's ready for it's test ride and then it's time to take it to Steve in Va.
