45 degree rake in neck
6" stretch in down tubes
5" stretch in back bone

First we machine parts for the
frame.
Willy machining axle hangers.
Next, Willy machines the neck for the frame.
Willy bending tubing for the frame
After tubing is bent, Willy hand fits each piece. Here, Willy is cutting fish mouths on each piece of tubing to go in the jig.
Willy checks his cuts in the tubing to be fitted in the frame jig.
After all the tubing is fitted and tacked in place, Willy begins the weld of each joint.
After the frame is welded
and has cooled off, Willy takes it from the jig and checks all the
welds.
Finished frame ready for

Willy and the boys have filled and ground the welds the frame is
set to Willy's personal polisher for blending in

sprays a light primer coat to protect frame from rusting
